• Nicholas Tanner Britt, 12-3-1992, of 340 Dry Creek Trail, Bogue Chitto, – Charged with DUI and probation violation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol. Released on bond.

• Rondrick McCalup, 10-31-1985, of 2443 Fortune Road – Charged with simple assault by Brookhaven Police Department. Released on bond.

• Samuel Elliott McKee, 11-29-1990, of 464 Mallalieu Drive – Charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle by MHP. Released on bond.

• Christopher Cody Noworyta, 2-4-1993, of 680 Silver Lane – Charged with DUI by MHP. Released on bond.

• Jason Wilson, 7-6-1971, of 1166 Auburn Drive, Bogue Chitto – Charged with possession of marijuana, possession of Xanax and obstruction of a public highway by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. Released on bond.

• Tonya Wilson, 11-20-1979, of 129 North Second St. – Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance by LCSO. Released on bond.

• Erin Leigh Friis, 11-3-1988, of 1586 North Lincoln Drive – Charged with DUI by MHP. Released on bond.

• Euylas Everette Burton, 7-19-1969, of 109 Albritton Trail SW – Charged with DUI by MHP. Released on bond.

• Brandon Smith, 8-27-1984, of 2437 Eric Lane – Charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of open beer by BPD. Released on bond.

• Thomas Johnson, 1-26-1990, of 723 Swalm Ave. – Charged with grand larceny by LCSO. Released on bond.
