During the beautification work, troop member Rainie Foster takes a minute to admire the progress. The Girl Scouts spent part of the nearly $1,000 raised on cookie sales to pay for the flowers and mulch. The scouts are led by Jennifer Foster, troop leader, and Danielle Steckler, assistant troop leader.

Girl Scout Troop 3706 donated flowers, mulch, and their time redoing the flower beds at Loyd Star Elementary.  Participating in the project are (back row from left) Amiee Luebke, Chole Fulps, Josie Jones, ArryAnna Rushing, Jordan Magee,  (front row from left) Rainie Foster, Emma King, Laina Grace Bardwell and Haylee Bessonette. The troop is led by Troop Leader Jennifer Foster and Assistant Troop Leader Danielle Steckler.
