BOGUE CHITTO – Mother Nature’s surprise thunderstorm late Saturday afternoon forced the Bogue Chitto Lady Cats and the Stringer Lady Red Devils to postpone their Game One softball action in the Class 1A South State championship contest.

Bogue Chitto coach Scott Leggett had to call the game off due to his field sustaining too much water in certain areas.

Coach Leggett and BC Principal Mickey Myers announced that Game One will be played Monday at 5 p.m. at Bogue Chitto. Games Two and Game Three (if needed) will be played Tuesday at Stringer.
