The Lincoln County Jail docket for Thursday was as follows:

• Clark Smith, 5-8-61, 246 Roger Circle – arrested for disorderly conduct and breach of peace by the Brookhaven Police Department. Released.

• Phillip May, 6-17-85, 2538 Canterberry Lane – arrested for disturbing the peace by BPD. In jail.

• Emery Booty, 4-6-58, Louisiana – arrested for probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections. In jail.

• Destin Allen, 9-17-94, 2147 Jackson Liberty Drive – arrested for first offense driving under the influence, careless driving and driving with no license by the BPD. Released.
