Funeral Services for Dorothy “Dot” Turpin Temple of Brookhaven are 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at Riverwood Family Funeral Services with burial in Easthaven Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, from 11 a.m. until time of service at Riverwood Family Funeral Services.

Mrs. Temple, 83, died Aug. 5, 2014, at her residence. She was born on May 6, 1931, in Beauregard to Will Tarver and Georgia McCloud Tarver.

She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church of Wesson.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husbands, Billy Frank Turpin and Henry Temple; daughter, Sandra Turpin Temple; brothers, J.C. Tarver, James Tarver, W.T. Tarver, Marvin Tarver; and a sister, Bonnie Bates Nations.

Survivors are her daughters, Linda Turpin Moulder and husband, Jim, Billie Turpin Stein and husband, Bruce, Wanda Turpin Morrow and husband, Brad, June Temple Dupuy and husband, Leroy, and Darlene Temple; sons, Adrian Temple and wife, Linda, Wayne Temple and wife, Charlotte, and Larry Temple; 23 grandchildren, Stacy Moulder Thompson, Jason Moulder, Lori Moulder Celli, Brad Moulder, Rachel Moulder Aultman, Blake Stein, Ben Stein, Belinda Stein Pennison, Scott Laurich, Alan Morrow, Blaine Morrow, Brooke Morrow, Johnny Temple, Joey Temple, Chairmin Temple Rainey, Cassie Temple Thogersen, Melissa Dupuy Davis, Lacie Dupuy Winter, Barry Temple, Hansel Temple, Logan Temple, Heidi Temple Pickle along; 40 great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Minnie Wallace and Mable Evans.
