• Billy Knight, 9-27-1950, of 1902 New Sight Drive – serving weekends.

• Nydra Lewis, 2-18-1980, of 1750 Highway 51 – charged with disturbing the peace by the Brookhaven Police Department. Released.

• Tormeka Robinson, 11-3-1978, of 734 Brookwood Road – charged with disturbing the peace by BPD. Released.

• Antione Smith, 8-5-1990, of 3138 James Drive, Wesson – charged with disregard a traffic device and probation violation by BPD. Released.

• Chris G. Washington, 11-12-1981, of 40 Brandon Bay, Tylertown – serving weekends.

• Heather J. Broome, of 135 Higgins Road, Sumrall – charged with shoplifting by BPD. Released.

• Robert E. Brown, 6-30-1971, of 1961 Toy Drive – charged with aggravated assault by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department. In jail.

• Glenisha C. Holloway, of 210 Cardaman Street, Hazlehurst – charged with shoplifting by BPD. Released.

• Stephen Newton, 1-23-1969, of 221 Rogers Circle – charged with public drunkenness and contempt of court by BPD. In jail.

• Larry W. Delaughter Sr., 1-11-1981, of 51 Dade Lane – charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct by BPD. Released.

• Rafin Henderson, 9-23-1961, of 2445 Fortune Road – charged with possession of open beer by BPD. Released.

• Leah S. Oliver, 11-1-1982, of 2555 SE Old Red Star Road – charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct by BPD. Released.

• Randy H. Smith, 65-1975, of 14759 E. Highway 84 – charged with disorderly conduct and breach of peace by Mississippi Highway Patrol. In jail.

• Ivy D. Adams, 2-3-1990, of Brookhaven – charged with sale of controlled substance by BPD. In jail.

• Michael P. Smith, 4-22-1980, of Brookhaven – charged with probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections. In jail.
