Funeral Services for Cody Milton Temple of McComb are 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, at Jones Family Funeral Services with burial in Terry’s Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor David Steveline will officiate. Pallbearers will be Cole Bozeman, Mike Duncan, David Lang, Bill McDavid, Timmy Schifano and Justin Lain. Honorary pallbearers will be Allen Lane and Cain Boyd. Jones Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, from 11 a.m. until time of service at Jones Family Funeral Services.

Mr. Temple, 23, died Sept. 17, 2014, at Clinton, Louisiana, due to an automobile accident. He was born on Jan. 13, 1991, in Baton Rogue, Louisiana, to Charles Temple and Laurie Lain Temple.

Mr. Temple was a NCCER class pipefitter for Performance Contractor Inc. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman.

Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Hallie Temple; grandmother, Delores Patterson; and his great-grandmother, Juanita Lain.

Survivors are his wife, Kiberly Scroggs Temple of McComb; his father, Charles Temple of Tylertown; his mother, Laurie Temple of Erath, Louisiana; paternal grandfather, Melvin Patterson of Tylertown; maternal grandparents, Sherry Morrison of Saucier and Ernest Laine of Tennessee; two daughters, Baeleigh Temple and Kandiance Wood, both of Osyka; three sisters, Kristina Clause, Krystal Temple, both of McComb, and Aleyia Kees of Erath, Louisiana; his uncles, Sam Schifano, Allen Lain and Charlie Lain; his aunt, Angie Temple; cousins, Timmy Schifano, Brittany Pearson and Justin Lain; nieces and nephews, Kailey Boyd, Alayna Wall, Tristian Clause, Cassie Clause, Race Willoughby and Dylan Morgan; and numerous other cousins, family and friends.
