Funeral Services for Charles “Keith” Smith of Brookhaven are 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 22, 2014, at Gum Grove Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Services. He will lie in state from 2 until 3 p.m. before the service at Gum Grove.

Mr. Smith, 55, died Sept. 18, 2014, at his residence. He was born on June 12, 1959, to Charles Marshall Smith and Shelva Jean Smith.

He was a member of Gum Grove Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Shirley G. Smith; step-son, Clay Lewis; and his mother, Shelva Jean Smith.

Survivors are his father and step-mother, Charles and Martha Smith; step-son, Clint Lewis and wife, Fran; step-daughter, Lee Wilson and husband, Joey; brothers, Bryan Smith and wife, Amie, and Caroll Smith; sister, Tammy Dixon and husband, Roy; five grandchildren, Millane Lewis, Olivia Wilson, Sidney Lewis, Sawyer Lewis, Dawson Wilson; nieces, Larissa Dixon Hegwood and Stephanie Smith; and nephew, Drew Smith.
