Memorial Services for Clayton Wesley “Clay” Lewis of Brookhaven are 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 22, 2014, at Riverwood Family Funeral Services. Riverwood Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Services.

Mr. Lewis, 48, died Sept. 18, 2014, at his residence. He was born on Oct. 4, 1966, to Wesley Ray Lewis and Shirley G. Smith.

He was a cosmetologist at Headquarters in Brookhaven.

Preceding him in death were his mother; step-father, Charles Keith Smith; and grandmother, Terah Lewis Albritton.

Survivors are his father, Wesley Ray Lewis and wife, Jeanetta; brother, Clint Lewis and wife, Fran; sister, Lee Wilson and husband, Joey; nieces, Millane Lewis and Olivia Wilson; nephews, Sawyer Lewis, Sidney Lewis and Dawson Wilson; and a host of friends.
