• Percy D. Marsh Jr., 9-6-78, of Bogue Chitto – arrested by the Brookhaven Police Department for simple assault/domestic violence.

• Linda Nunnery, 6-20-52, of 998 Beeson Road – arrested by BPD for disturbing the peace by fighting.

• Grace E. Tabor, 4-10-80, of 1048 Eagle Trail – arrested by BPD for disturbing the peace by fighting.

• Billy R. Buckhalter Jr., 9-66-77, of Wiggins – arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department for first offense DUI, careless driving and no driver’s license.

• Lakisha V. Garay, 4-19-79, of 1581 Lot 1 Cal. Road – arrested by BPD for credit card fraud.

• Josh Devonte Mcclendon, 11-14-92, of 2124 Dixie Road – arrested by BPD for statutory rape.

• Anthony D. Thomas, 7-15-90, of 622 West Congress Street – arrested by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for probation violation.

• Pearley E. Thomas, 11-4-90, of 120 Brashier Street – arrested by MDOC for a probation violation.
