Arron Lyons, 32, pleaded not guilt at his arraignment Tuesday in Lincoln County Circuit Court to first-degree murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

Lyons was indicted Sept. 10 for the robbery and murder of John Deere in 2004. Deere was shot three times outside of his convenience store, Pik & Pak, on Highway 51 in Brookhaven. New evidence has been discovered that authorities say links Lyons to the case.
