Funeral Services for Juanita Greer Summers of Ruth are 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 27, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Dr. Ronnie Falvey will be officiating. Riverwood Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, from noon until time of services at the funeral home.

Mrs. Summers, 87, died Oct. 24, 2014. She was born on Nov. 11, 1926, in Ruth.

After graduating from Brookhaven High School, Mrs. Summers worked for Brookhaven Bank and Trust Co., later renamed Trustmark, for 43 years. She retired as a vice-president and assistant trust officer.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Robert Summers Jr. of Ridgeland; her parents, Edward Coney Greer and Clara Griffin Greer of Ruth; and her sister, Alice Odell Greer of Jackson.

Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Robert David Summers and Paula Parker Summers of Midland, Michigan; one daughter, Gail Summers Evans of Ridgeland; a sister, Jean Greer of Ridgeland; a brother-in-law, Julius Summers of Brookhaven; and four grandchildren; Parker Summers and wife, Lindsay, Courteney Evans, Paige Summers and Lauren Evans.

In lieu of flowers, friends may wish to consider memorial contributions to First Baptist Church, Madison.
