The Lincoln County jail docket for Tuesday and Wednesday was as follows:

• Ivy Delon Adams, 2-3-1990, of 919 Egypt Circle – arrested by the Brookhaven Police Department for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

• Joshua Blake Bessonette, 4-6-1987, of Bogue Chitto – arrested by the BPD for contempt of court-failure to appear for suspended drivers license.

• Tony Kelly, 8-10-81, of 1279 Crete North N/W – arrested by the BPD for simple assault/domestic violence.

• Stephen Donald Magee, 1-28-1989, of Bogue Chitto – serving time.

• Carl Andrew Smith, 7-9-1954, of 2131 Big Ern Trail NW – arrested by the BPD for speeding and second offense no drivers license.

• William Woodall, 1-23-1985, of Tylertown – arrested by the BPD for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Aaron Datona Yarborough, 1-3-1981, of 324 East Congress – arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of synthetic marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Tony Lamar Freeman, 8-3-1960, of 407 Industrial Park Road – arrested by BPD for contempt of city court.

• Heath Edward Garay, 12-16-1981, of 1581 Lot 1 Cal Road – arrested by BPD for contempt of city court.

• Ishareion Johnson, 9-24-1994, of Monticello – arrested by BPD for contempt of municipal court.

• Amber Ard, 9-6-1977, of 537 Felps Lane – arrested by BPD for DUI-refused test, seatbelt violation, reckless driving, no proof of liability insurance and failure to yield.

• Heath Edward Garay, 12-16-1981, of 1414 N. Jackson Street – arrested by the BPD for contempt of city court.

• David Smith, 6-9-1959, of 519 N. First Street – arrested by the BPD for first offense DUI and reckless driving.

• Frederick Harris, 6-30-1977, of 424 Liberty – arrested by the BPD for public drunk, disorderly conduct and breach of peace.
