• Shirley Sue Jackson, 5-14-1986, of 67 Hunters Road, Bogue Chitto – arrested for a house arrest violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Ray Gerald Martin, 5-1-1967, of 822 Denton Trail – arrested for shoplifting by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Andrew Nations, 1-14-92, 1584 Clark Travis Lane – arrested for possessing or receiving stolen property by BPD.

• Jill S. Smith, 8-3-1983, of 336 Evelyn Street – serving weekends.

• Jeremy Jermaine Buchhalter, 10-30-1985, of 723 Croker Lane – arrested for discharging, displaying and exhibiting by BPD.

• Chris Lee Case, 11-24-1993, 35 North Amite Road – arrested for disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, public profanity and public drunk.

• Malcolm J. Tyler, 8-20-1993, of 964 Sanders Lane – arrested for failure to comply with request by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Larry Wayne Delaughter Jr., of 51 Dade Lane Southeast – arrested for accessory after the fact and two accounts of disorderly conduct/breach of peace by BPD.

• Steven Jerome Halford, 10-18-1970, 2544 Ramah Trail, McCall Creek – arrested for contempt of court by LCSO.

• Byron O’neal Seymore, 3-5-1967, of 601 East Washington Street – arrested for driving with license suspended, no proof of liability insurance and DUI-refused test by BPD.

• Lawrence Thomas, 4-16-1976, of 118 Brashier Street – arrested for simple assault and domestic violence by BPD.
