• Robert E. Brown, 6-30-71, of 1961 Toy Drive – arrested for contempt of justice court by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Jermaine Butler, 7-5-85, of 160 Eastview Apt No. 3 – arrested for burglary of a dwelling and resisting arrest by the LCSO.

• Joslyn Coleman, 9-8-94, if 635 Industrial Park Road Apt. No. 43 – arrested for DUI first offense and having no driver’s license by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• Damien D. Henry, 5-25-95, of 1558 E. Friendship Road – arrested for possession and carrying a concealed weapon by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Kerry Spurlock, 4-12-77 – arrested for shoplifting by the BPD.

• Robert E. Spurlock, 5-1-78, of 2008 J.J. Carter Road, Magnolia – arrested for a parole violation by the LCSO.

• Timothy O. Smith – 2-22-80, 1506 1331 1/2 Brignall Road – arrested for aggravated assault and contempt of city court by the LCSO.

• Zachary B. Davis, 2-11-83, of 912 Hawk Trail – arrested for shoplifting by the BPD.

• Deodre T. Harris, 1-31-94, of 525 Turner Street – arrested for disturbing the peace by the BPD.
