The Lincoln County jail docket for Tuesday was as follows:

• Benjamin R. Burnette Jr, 6-22-85, of 417 Lipsey Street – arrested for contempt of city court by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Anthony Blue, 1-6-78, of 619 E. Chickasaw Street – arrested for failure to comply with request and arrested on two indictments concerning sale of cocaine by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Stanley G. Clinch, 7-2-57, of 5806 Longhorn Way Drive, Houston, TX – arrested for possession of a controlled substance by the LCSO.

• Geary R. Davis, 8-16-91, of 3031 Jackson-Liberty Drive Apt. Lot 8, Wesson – arrested for contempt of city court by the BPD.

• Jerry Davis, 6-4-54, of 110 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive – arrested for public drunk by the BPD.

• Lancifer Dickey, 9-3-81, of 910 Union Street – arrested for public drunk, driving while license is suspended and careless driving by the BPD.

• Brandy Hamilton, 6-10-79, of 603 Lola Dunn Road – arrested for a probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Austin R. Hart, 10-19-93, of 332 Bogue Chitto Road, Bogue Chitto – arrested for a probation violation by the MDOC.

• Courtney A. Nichols, 3-4-80, of 338 Bogue Chitto Road, Bogue Chitto – arrested for parole violation by the MDOC.

• Rodney D. Rushing, 8-28-80, of 1212 Mount Zion Road – arrested for contempt of city court by the BPD.

• Sylvester Williams, 5-20-75, of 632 North 6th Street – arrested for no driver’s license (expired) and possession of a controlled substance by the BPD.

• Tyron K. Wilson , 1-19-92, of 916 Funches Street – arrested for contempt of city court by the BPD.
