Funeral Services for Danielle Monique Harris of Brookhaven are 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015, at Willie Mae Tyler Memorial Chapel with burial in Carver Heights Cemetery. Tyler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday, Feb. 20, 2015, from noon until 6 p.m. at Tyler Funeral Home.

Ms. Harris, 27, died Feb. 14, 2015, in Pike County. She was born on Oct. 17, 1987, in Chicago, Illinois to Alicia Harris.

She was a 2006 graduate of Brookhaven High School and attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi and received a certified nursing assistance license in Fayette at the Jefferson County Vocational Training Center.

Preceding her in death were her maternal grandparents, Edna Mae Harris and J.C. Peoples.

Survivors are her mother; sister, Beverly Harris of Brookhaven; brother, Damien Harris of Brookhaven; aunt, Josie Harris Ward (Raymond) of Chicago, Illinois; uncles, Michael and Gregory Harris, both of Chicago, Willie B. Harrison (Dorothy), Jimmy Ray Harris, both of Brookhaven; four special friends, Ki-Osh Diggs, Deanna Gaines, Chasity Levi, Nikey Brown; significant other, Kevin Haynes; and a host of other relatives and friends.
