The Lincoln County jail docket for Friday through Monday was as follows:

• Aza Banks, 7-22-81, of 317 East Congress Street – arrested for contempt of court/violation of probation by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Prince Benjamin, 6-13-80, of 114 Saint George Street – is serving time for four years picked up by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Augusta Lester, 10-3-58, of 420 Dale Trail – arrested for simple assault by BPD.

• Tyrice Owens, 10-6-86, of 1217 Heucks Retreat Road – arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle/parole violation.

• Michael Nuckles, 12-29-70, of 1646 Wellman Drive – arrested for malicious mischief by LCSO.

• Byron D. Gunnell, 9-29-86, of 2113 Hartwell Drive, Summitt – arrested for contempt of court by BPD.

• Maurice P. Guss, 1-2-90, of 411 South Washington Street – arrested for parole violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Orlandas J. Chapman, 1-15-88, of 1514 Coopertown Road Northeast – arrested for house arrest violation by MDOC.

• Lytric Woods, 9-13-75, of 514 Laird Circle – arrested for DUI first offense, no tag, no proof of liability insurance and an expired driver’s license by BPD.

• Rodney D. Rushing, 8-28-80, of 1212 Mount Zion Road -arrested for contempt of justice court by LCSO.

• Mitchell E. Evans, 6-4-61, of 933 South Egypt Circle – arrested for contempt of city court, failure to appear, public drunk and open beer by BPD.

• Tricia Sanders, 8-17-75, of 2318 Arrowhead Drive, McComb – arrested for parole violation by MDOC.

• John D. Portrey, 9-9-81, of 42 Parson Street – arrested for possession of a controlled substance by Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• James J. Portrey, 4-5-78, of 908 Denton Trail – arrested for no proof of liability insurance by MHP.

• Mitchell E. Evans, 6-4-61, of 933 South Egypt Circle – arrested for contempt of city court, failure to appear, public drunk and open beer by BPD.
