Bud Ladd (in green) and other family are at the side of Pat Ladd (in purple) whose vehicle hydroplaned across I-55 near the 35 mile marker before its spin ended in the wooded area between Interstate lanes. No one was injured, only shaken up. The sudden downpour Wednesday afternoon caused multiple accidents including another similar accident on I-55 near the 37 mile marker.
