The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows:

 

• John Freeman, 10-2-50, of 3637 Caseyville Road Northwest, Wesson — arrested for simple assault by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• James P. John, 2-18-86, of 3369 China Grove Road — arrested for disturbing the peace by LCSO.

• Nicholas J. Newman, 4-24-97, of 1077 Crooked Lane — arrested for burglary-all but dwelling by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Jasmine Smith, 1-15-92, of 316 Ash St. Apt. A — arrested for parole violation by BPD.

• Curtis L. Spencer, 6-13-84, of 322 East Cherokee St. — arrested for parole violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Jimmy L. Townes, 5-7-72, of 310 Greenwood Lane, Bogue Chitto — arrested for false information or identification, contempt of city court, simple assault and shoplifting by BPD.

• Dalvin Walker, 2-8-93, of 515 South First St. — arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace, public profanity and resisting arrest by BPD.
