The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

 

• Amber Ard, 9-6-77, of 537 Felps Lane — arrested for driving while license suspended by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Jackie W. Durr, Jr., 1-31-79, 1542 Martin Lane in Sontag — arrested for simple assault/domestic violence by LCSO.

• Anthony Murray, 5-17-71, of 406 River Road in Summit — arrested for contempt of justice court by LCSO.

• Stephen Newton, 1-23-69, of 921 Egypt Circle — arrested for public drunk and disorderly conduct/breach of peace by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Charles Thomas, 1-3-84, of 1216 Gleason Loop Lot 32 — arrested for simple assault/domestic violence and serving time (sentenced to four years for sale of cocaine).
