All games are schedule to start at 7 p.m.

Enterprise (1-0),  coached by Brooks Burns, opened its season with a 38-28 win over the Ethel Tigers last week to snap a 39-game losing streak.

This week, the Jackets will be looking to add another win when host their Lincoln County rivals, the Bogue Chitto Bobcats.

Enterprise’s top offensive performer last week was Tanner Waldrop with 145 yards rushing. Marvin Butler contributed 71 yards rushing.

Defensively, Braxton Thompson directed the Jackets with nine tackles. Austin Boyte provided eight stops and Brant White had six tackles.

Bogue Chitto (0-1),  coached by Gareth Sartin, suffered a tough 32-20 loss in their season home opener against the Loyd Star Hornets at Troy Smith Field.

This week, the Bobcats are expecting to rebound quickly as they travel across the county to battle Enterprise.

BC’s top offensive performer last week was Connor Douglas. He completed 11-of-19 passes for 174 yards, while rushing for 42 yards on 10 carries.

Defensively, Sherman Jackson, Kobe Roberts, and Demarcus Godbolt led the team with eight tackles apiece.

Last year: Bogue Chitto rallied back to defeat Enterprise 46-40 in an offensive thriller.

My prediction:  BC will snap their 10-game losing skid with a 30-22 over Enterprise.
