• Amber Ard, 09-06-77, of 537 Felps Lane, Brookhaven — arrested for shoplifting by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Olivia M. Boyte, 10-18-90, 986 Beeson Road, Brookhaven — arrested for probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Jessie Burton, 03-05-61, of 1102 Washington St., Brookhaven — arrested for contempt of the city court and contempt of the justice court by the BPD.

• Bob T. Henderson, 12-22-86, of 105 Fair Ave., Brookhaven — arrested for taking away of a motor vehicle and probation violation by the BPD.

• Rafin Henderson, 09-23-61, of 2445 Fortune Road, Brookhaven — arrested for 1st offense DUI by the BPD.

• Elmo R. January, 03-31-89, of 177 Columbus St., Pattison — arrested for contempt of court by the BPD.

• Alicia C. Waldrop, 05-28-92, of 924 Pleasant Grove Drive, Monticello — arrested for probation violation by the MDOC.

• David R. Williams, 02-02-86, of 748 West Lincoln Road, Brookhaven — arrested for probation violation by the MDOC.
