Tony and Jena Mullins, of Roxie, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Karlee Tait Mullins, to Kolby Cortez Byrd.

He is the son of Terry and Liz Byrd, of Bogue Chitto.

She is the granddaughter of John and Janice Mullins, of Roxie, the late Gus and Toune Frith, of Eddiceton.

He is the grandson of Cortez and Barbara Byrd, of Brookhaven, Ms. Libby Forbes, of Crystal Springs, Alfred and Judy Whitaker, of Hattiesburg.

The Rev. Jamie Wallace will officiate the ceremony. Wedding coordinator is Kendall Poole Event Planning. Wedding directors are Martha Lofton and Michelle Mangold.

Music will be provided by Lyda Cummins, pianist; and Carolyn Whitehead, organist. Vocalists will be Mr. and Mrs. Danny Mullins and Rodney Jones.

Serving as maid of honor is Elise Renae Mullins. Matron of honor is Kelli Byrd Miller. Bridesmaids are Meagan Neal Allred, Rachel Morgan Cox, Elizabeth Linen Ellis, Emily Suzanne Farr, Mary Catherine Franklin, Rachel Reeves Griffin, Hannah Marie Herrington, Taylor Lynn Mullins, Caroline Miriam Stewart and Madison Elizabeth Walker.

Best man is Terry Louis Byrd. Groomsmen are Bradley Quin Allred, Caleb Austin Covington, James Odell Covington, Russell Keith Franklin, Ryan Keith Herring, Trent Douglas Herrington, Ezekiel Andrew Maddox, Benjamin James McDowell, Harold Dewey Miller IV, Hoby Brice Mullins, Brant Kelton Mullins, and Clint Byrd Stewart.

Ushers are Carter Culbertson, Colby Culbertson, and Luke Stewart.

Program attendants are Haden Hinton, Allyson McDonnieal, Rachel Savage, Maura Smith and Anna Touchstone.

Flower girl is Maggie Elizabeth Miller.

The couple will exchange vows at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, at Fair River Baptist Church. A reception will follow at The Old Wesson School.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and reception. Only out-of-town invitations will be sent.
