Olive L. Fitzgerald, 87, died Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven. She was born July 17, 1928, in San Diego, California to Carl Nash and Grace Funk Nash. 

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was also an avid reader.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William George Fitzgerald; daughter, Ann Louise Hicks; and brother, Troy Nash.

Survivors are her daughter, Kathy Williams and her husband, Vick, of Bogue Chitto; son, William Fitzgerald Jr. and his wife, Terri, of San Diego, California; brother, George T. Nash and his wife, Carol, of San Diego, California; grandchildren, Dustin Williams of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, Dara Williams of West Monroe, Louisiana, Joe Fitzgerald of Salt Lake City, Utah, Melissa Fitzgerald of San Diego, California, Andrea Fitzgerald of San Diego, California, and Vanessa Fitzgerald of San Diego, California; great grand-daughter, Mackenzie Ann Dubois of West Monroe, Louisiana; and great-grandson, Jackson Fitzgerald Dodge.
