Fire reports
The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a call about a burning smell on E. Monticello Street at 5:19 p.m. Thursday. The fire department did not find anything upon inspection.

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M reported no activity for Thursday.

King’s Daughters Ambulance Report
King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reports 14 calls for Thursday; with three transfers, one to Jackson, one to Meadville and one to Pike County. There were 11 emergencies; six medical in the city; three traumas in the county; and two MVAs in the city.
