The Lincoln County Jail Docket for DAY were as follows:

• Austin M. Collins, 10-13-1996, of 1399 SW. Bogue Chitto Road, Bogue Chitto — arrested for embezzlement by the BPD.

• Joshua G. Cook, 10-25-1990, of 975 Wellman Drive — arrested for simple assault/domestic violence by the LCSO.

• Ariel Owens, 3-17-1994, of 900 Williams St. Apt. 84 — arrested for malicious mischief by the BPD.

• Randy H. Smith, 6-5-1975, of 59 E. Hwy. 84 — arrested for misuse of emergency line by the LCSO.

• Zachary J. Thames, 5-8-1993, of 2173 NW. Richard Lane — arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle by the LCSO.

• Shyhiem D. Valliere, 3-13-1995, of Union Street — arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
