Graveside services for Paul L. Harris, of Caseyville, will be Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Benton Ginn will officiate the services. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Harris, 78, died March 10, 2017, at his residence. He was born Feb. 4, 1939, in Calhoun City, to Willie Floyd and Ella Maude Vanwinkle Harris. He served his country in the Mississippi National Guard, and was a retired farmer.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers-in-law, Robert Nevels and Dewitt Raiford; and sister-in-law, Willie Faye Harris.

Survivors are his sisters, Charlotte Lessing and husband Ken, of Brookhaven, Bobbye Nevels, of Brookhaven, and Betty J. Smith and husband Shelby, of Brookhaven; brothers, W. F. Harris Jr. and wife Betty, of Vidalia, Louisiana, and James Harris, of Harrisville; three step-children; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
