The Franklin County AAA All-Stars beat McComb 6-1 and tied 3-3in the second game Wednesday night.

Franklin County begins subdistrict play tonight at Glosteragainst Pine Hills.

Matthew Lofton was the winning pitcher with six strikeouts andtwo walks. Will Hazlewood fanned three batters and walked two.

Jarvis King, Jeremy Holland, Ryan Ratcliff and Donnie McFarlandsingled for Franklin County. King stole two bases and Ratcliff hadone theft.

Leading McComb with a single apiece were Kyle Adams and DemarcusButler.
