Mrs. Butler, 77, died July 8, 2000, of heart failure at herresidence. She was born in Lincoln County on June 29, 1923, toJoseph Richardson and Blanche Smith Richardson.

She was retired as dietitian at Silver Cross Nursing Home with26 years service. She was a member of Hospital Institutional FoodServices Supervisors and Woodmen of the World. She was a member ofMt. Zion Church of Christ.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, SammieButler; and four brothers.

Survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and FrancesButler and Gene and Ellen Butler, all of Brookhaven, and Sammie andDiane Butler of Baton Rouge; her daughter and son-in-law, Marie andDouglas Simoneaux of Watson, La.; her sisters, Anne Wyndham ofBrookhaven and Shirley Case of San Antonio, Texas; hergrandchildren and their spouses, Tara and Tommy Bourgeois, JeffSimoneaux, Tina and Henry Lambert, Stacy and Brad Lovette, and Danaand Jeff Smith; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services for Marjorie Dunn of McCall Creek are 11 a.m., Tuesday,July 11, at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel with burial in EddicetonCemetery.

Mrs. Dunn, 66, died July 8, 2000, of complications from diabetesat King’s Daughters Medical Center. She was born in Louisiana onMay 24, 1934, to John Martin Watson and LeNell Tarver Watson.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Eddiceton BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband,Wallace Douglas Dunn.

Survivors are her sons, Greg Dunn and Jack Dunn, both ofEddiceton, Douglas Dunn of Bude, and Marty Dunn and Leland Dunn,both of Bogue Chitto; her daughter, Lydia Dunn Marcum of Natchez;her brothers, Don Watson and Royce Watson, both of Eddiceton; hersister, Dottie Roberts of Eddiceton; and 14 grandchildren and threegreat-grandchildren.

Visitation is Tuesday, July 11, from noon until 6 p.m. withfamily hour from 6-7 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.

Mrs. Turner, 79, died July 7, 2000, at her residence. She wasborn in Brookhaven on July 13, 1920, to Thomas W. Browder and TinyBrowder. She was a graduate of Alexander High School.

She was retired. She was a member of Bethel A. M. E. Church,where she served on the steward board and was a class leader.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, EddieTurner; her brothers, T. W. Browder, Clyde Browder, and OthelloBrowder; and her sisters, Lentiel Calloway Johnson and MildredSmith.

Survivors are her son, Thomas Henderson of Oakland, Calif.; hersister, Eunice Henderson of Brookhaven; her sister-in-law, BerthaL. Browder of Brookhaven; her brother-in-law, L. J. Johnson ofBrookhaven; and four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, andmany nieces and nephews.
