Helen Lenoir

Services for Helen Lenoir of Meadville are 4 p.m., Friday, July14, at Bude Methodist Church with burial in Midway Cemetery.Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lenoir, 103, died July 12, 2000, at Meadville Nursing Home.She was born in Nebraska on June 18, 1897.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Bude MethodistChurch.

Survivors are her daughter, Marjorie Lenoir of Meadville; hergrandchildren, Ricky Lenoir and Pamela K. O’Neal; and fourgreat-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Mattie Tillman

Services for Mattie Tillman of Roxie are 2 p.m., Sunday, July16, at Mt. Olive M. B. Church in Kirby with burial in Byrd Cemeteryin Kirby.

Visitation is Sunday from 1 p.m. until service time at thechurch. Tyler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Tillman, 78, died July 12, 2000, at her residence. She wasborn in Franklin County on Feb. 6, 1922, to Pinto Smith and Mary J.Booker Smith.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Mt. Olive M. B. Churchin Kirby, where she was a former president of the Usher Board. Shewas a former treasurer of the Home Mission. She was member of theEastern Star Mt. Olive Chapter #19 and Ada Grand Chapter of Orderof the Eastern Star.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, CareyTillman Sr.; her daughter, Marguerite Tillman; her sons, CareyTillman Jr. and Edward Lee Tillman; her brothers, A. T. Smith,James Smith, Roy Smith, Noland Smith, and Luther Smith; and onesister.

Survivors are her daughters, Willa Wright and Pauline Burns,both of Las Vegas, Nev., Jessie Fitzgerald of Gulfport, Annie Dowof Detroit, Mich., and Dorothy Chaney and Tuerquesha Tillman, bothof Roxie; her brother, Julius Smith of Kansas City, Mo.; and 13grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces andnephews.

Laura Shell Saucier

Services for Laura Shell Saucier of Meadville are incomplete.Mrs. Saucier, 86, died July 13, 2000, at Meadville Nursing Home.Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Beverly A. Willingham

Graveside services for Beverly A. Willingham of Vicksburg are 2p.m., Sunday, July 16, at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Lincoln County.

Visitation is Saturday, July 15, from 5-8 p.m. at GlenwoodFuneral Home in Vicksburg.

Mrs. Willingham, 56, died July 12, 2000, of cancer at herresidence in Vicksburg. She was born in Yazoo County and had been aresident of Vicksburg the past eight years.

She was a former employee of Gay Electric Company of Vicksburg.She was a member of the Church of Christ in Yazoo City.

Survivors are her husband, Paul E. Willingham Sr. of Vicksburg;her son, Paul E. Willingham Jr. of Vicksburg; her daughter, ShellyNeel of Anchorage, Alaska; her sisters, Norman McMaster and MamiePassons, both of Yazoo City, and Wilma Buford of Hattiesburg; hersister-in-law, Liz Ratcliff of Brookhaven; and fourgrandchildren.
