MEADVILLE – The Bogue Chitto Lady Bobcats handed the FranklinCounty Lady Bulldogs a 16-1 beating Tuesday in slow-pitch softballaction. Susan Reeves was the winning pitcher.

Marquita Ratcliff ripped a home run and a single for BogueChitto. Collecting a double and a single apiece were Brandi Smith,Amber Maldonado and Karen Wallace. Randi Moak and LaSandra Smithnailed two singles apiece. Hitting safely were Jessica Melton,Jerrica McGary, Reeves and Amanda Wallace.

Christy Day tripled for the Franklin County girls.
