Texie Geneva Carr

Memorial services for Texie Geneva Carr of Monticello were heldSunday afternoon, Aug. 20, at New Zion Baptist Church with Bro.Bobby Smith and Bro. Blain McLain conducting the militaryremembrance. Her body was donated to the University ScienceCenter.

Miss Carr, 74, died Aug. 18, 2000, at her residence.

She was a retired Air Force veteran.

Survivors are her brother, B. V. Carr; her sister, Lavelle CarrEvans; and one niece and two nephews.
