Services for Jeffrey Lane Quick of Monticello are 2 p.m. Sunday,Aug. 27, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Forest GroveMethodist Protestant Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday, Aug. 27, from 8 a.m. until time of serviceat the funeral home.

Mr. Quick, 42, died Friday, Aug. 25, 2000, of injuries sustainedin an automobile accident on Highway 84 West. He was born inMonticello on Feb. 18, 1958, to Carlene Ward Brooks of Monticelloand the late Bennie Frank Quick.

He was an assistant supervisor at Yates Construction Co. He wasa member of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are his mother; brothers, Tom Brooks of Monticello,Ricky Brooks of Deltona, Fla., and Bobby Quick of Philadelphia; andsisters, Margie Lobb of Brookhaven, Peggy Ballard of Jayess, JudyWilson of Natchez and Jean Ladd of Decatur.

Edith Sinclair

Graveside services for Edith Sinclair of Bogue Chitto are 2p.m., Monday, Aug. 28, at Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Sinclair, 89, died Saturday, Aug. 26, 2000, of heartfailure at her residence. She was born in Mississippi on Aug. 17,1911, to the late Alexander and Ada Sharman Sinclair.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors are her sisters, Virginia S. Reed of San Antonio andMallory Curtis of Dallas; a niece and nephew; and threegreat-nephews.
