LCHS teams dump Mendenhall twice

MENDENHALL – The Lawrence County Lady Cougars handed theMendenhall Lady Tigers a 55-43 whipping in Round-Robin Tournamentaction Saturday. The Lady Cougars improved to 2-2 on theseason.

In the boys game, Nick Mikell netted 15 points to lead theCougars to a 51-48 win over Mendenhall.

Powering the Lawrence County girls with 17 points and eightrebounds was Jackie Oatis. Tammy Feazelle pulled down six rebounds,had four assists and made three steals.
