Bogue Chitto takes 3 at Salem

SALEM – Sophomore guard Randi Moak pumped in 18 points to directthe Bogue Chitto Lady Bobcats to a 65-27 win over the Salem LadyWildcats Tuesday night. Moak also collected eight rebounds, madenine steals and had seven assists.
In the boys game, Tradell Black and Carlos Brown fired in 13points apiece to spark the Bobcats to a 54-31 victory over theWildcats.
Bogue Chitto 65, Salem 27
Adding support to the 2-0 Bogue Chitto girls win with 13 pointsand nine steals was Yolanda Drummond. Jerrica McGary netted 10points and made six steals. Jessica Melton finished with sevenpoints, 10 rebounds, eight assists and six steals.
Ruthie Bridges paced Salem with 19 points.
Bogue Chitto 54, Salem 31
In boys action, Marc Howard and Edward Dillon netted 12 pointsapiece for the 1-1 Bobcats. Black led off the backboards with ninerebounds. Brown had seven assists. Making four steals apiece wereHoward and Brian Wallace.
In the junior high boys game, Luke Hill’s 10 points led BogueChitto to a 32-17 win over Salem. Scoring eight points for the 1-0Bobcats was Michael Blackwell.
