Services for Thomas Jackson Arnold of Trinidad, Texas, formerlyof McCall Creek, are 2 p.m., Monday, Dec. 11, at New Salem BaptistChurch in Franklin County with burial in the church cemetery.

Mr. Arnold, 81, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, at East Texas MedicalCenter in Athens, Texas. He was born in Franklin County on Oct. 21,1919, to the late Hardy and Annie Wooten Arnold.

He was a retired upholstery trimmer. He was a member of NewSalem Baptist Church. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World WarII.

Preceding him in death were his parents and wife, Frances LouiseArnold.

Survivors are his sons, Hardy Wayne Arnold of Baton Rouge, La.,and Aubrey Harrison Arnold of McComb; daughters, Nancy ArnoldAlvarez of Trinidad, Texas, Stacy Arnold Smith of Jackson, PeggyArnold Richardson of Bahra, Ind., and Sandy Arnold Carlson ofAlbuquerque, N.M.; brothers, Donald Ray Arnold of McCall Creek andHarrison Arnold of Brookhaven; sisters, Louise Sweeney ofBrookhaven, Bobbie King of Prairieville, La., Tinsie Brown of NorthCarolina, Frankie Miller of California and Annell Gillis ofJackson; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Annie Doris Case

Services for Annie Doris Case of Brookhaven are 2 p.m., Sunday,Dec. 10, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inFriendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday, Dec. 10, from 8 a.m. until service time atthe funeral home.

Mrs. Case, 73, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, of a stroke atShreveport, La. She was born in Brookhaven on Aug. 12, 1927, to thelate Columbus and Lottie Smith Smith.

She was retired from Kellwood Manufacturing Company. She was amember of Easthaven Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday Schoolfor 30 years.

Preceding her in death were her parents and three brothers.

Survivors are her husband, Morris Case of Brookhaven; sons,James A. Case and Michael S. Case, both of Baton Rouge, La.;sister, Lois Farmer of Brookhaven; four grandchildren; and threegreat-grandchildren.

Louise McAllister Storey

Services for Louise McAllister Storey of Bude are 2 p.m.,Sunday, Dec. 10, at Middleton Creek Primitive Baptist Church withburial in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Storey, 60, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, at Franklin MemorialHospital. She was born in Wilkinson County on Sept. 16, 1940, toBenjamin F. McAllister and the late Albertine CothrenMcAllister.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Middleton CreekPrimitive Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her mother; husband, Paul L. Storey;daughters, Nancy Storey and Debbie Storey Dandy; and a brother,Pearlie McAllister.

Survivors are her sons, Robert Storey of Bude and Mike Storey ofMeadville; daughter, Debra King of Meadville; sisters, GeorgiaAllen of Natchez and Judy Lawson of Gillsburg; six grandchildren;one great-grandchild; and a number of nieces, nephews and otherrelatives.

Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Olga Marie Bowman Waldrop

Services for Olga Marie Bowman Waldrop of Brookhaven were 11a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at Big Springs Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery.

Mrs. Waldrop, 72, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, of heart failure ather residence. She was born in Lincoln County on April 8, 1928, tothe late Herman and Winnie Alice Davis Bowman.

She was a retired cafeteria manager for Brookhaven PublicSchools. She was a member of Big Springs Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Doyle K.Waldrop Sr.; son, Ronnie Waldrop; brothers, Herman Bowman Jr. andRobert Bowman; and a sister, Margaret Turpin.

Survivors are her son, Doyle Waldrop Jr.; daughters, Agnes Allenand Winnie Sandifer; sons-in-law, Mike Allen and Don Sandifer;daughters-in-law, Iris Waldrop and Kayla Waldrop; brother, WilliamBowman, all of Brookhaven; grandchildren, Shane Allen, Chad Allen,Bo Allen, Dudley Waldrop, Trey Waldrop, Brandy Barnett and CarlyBrooke Waldrop; and great-grandchildren, Molly and MadelineAllen.

Ike Williamson

Services for Ike Williamson of Meadville were 2 p.m. Saturday,Dec. 9, at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel with burial in MidwayCemetery.

Mr. Williamson, 67, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, at King’sDaughters Medical Center. He was born in Adams County on Dec. 6,1933, to the late C.E. and Minnie Bass Williamson.

He was a retired truck driver. He was a member of Mount OliveMethodist Church. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors are his wife, Josie Hunt Williamson of Meadville;sons, Ike Williamson Jr. of Meadville, Daniel Williamson of BatonRouge, La., Michael Williamson of Brookhaven and Kirk Williamson ofMeadville; and six grandchildren.

Clinton Wooten

Services for Clinton Wooten of Hammond, La., formerly ofBrookhaven, are 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, at Harrigill Funeral HomeChapel with burial in Riverwood Memorial Park.

Mr. Wooten, 91, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, of heart failure atNorth Oaks Hospital in Hammond, La. He was born in Lincoln Countyon May 20, 1909.

He was a retired insurance salesman. He was a member of FirstBaptist Church of Brookhaven.

Survivors are his wife, Mary Frances Foil Wooten of Hammond,La.; son, Joe Wooten of Albertville, Ala.; daughters, Nan Morrow ofNewtown, Conn., and Diane Reed of Hammond, La.; five grandchildren;and two great-grandchildren.
