Mrs. Emfinger, 80, died Dec. 10, 2000, at Franklin MemorialHospital. She was born in Gilbert, La., on April 23, 1920, toEugene Foreman and Myrtle Rogers Foreman.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Sarepta BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, CarrollEmfinger; and three sisters and one brother.

Survivors are her sons, Aaron Emfinger and Alton Emfinger, bothof Meadville; her daughters, Vera Reid and Jean Hancock, both ofMeadville; her sister, Martha Meehan of Alexandria, La.; and ninegrandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces andnephews.
