Frank Nichols

Memorial services for Frank Nichols of Meadville are 7 p.m.,Thursday, Dec. 21, at Brookhaven Funeral Home.

Visitation is today from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Nichols, 84, died Dec. 20, 2000, at Meadville Nursing Home.He was born in Thief River Falls, N.D., on Sept. 10, 1916, toGeorge Nichols and Doris Landon Nichols.

He was a retired heavy equipment operator. He was a member ofSarepta Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Marie BarrowsNichols; and two brothers and two sisters.

Survivors are his son, Leland Nichols of Bogue Chitto; hisgrandchildren, Steve Nichols and Nicole Martin, both of BogueChitto, and David Nichols of McComb; and eightgreat-grandchildren.
