Mandy Vinson (3-1) was the winning pitcher with 1 strikeout and12 walks to her credit. Losing pitcher Tab Hazlewood fanned 12batters walked 9.

In the JV game, Brookhaven beat McComb 8-2 as CortneyFielder (2-0) pitched the win, striking out 2 batters.

At the plate, Allyson Wallace doubled. JaRhonda Mooresingled twice. Kayla Prince also hit safely.
