Services for Madeline C. Kimble of St. Rose, La., are 1 p.m.,Thursday, March 22, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saintsin the Red Star community with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is today from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the church. HarrigillFuneral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Kimble, 61, died March 19, 2001, at Kenner RegionalHospital in Kenner, La. She was born in St. Charles, Ill., on Nov.17, 1939, to Modesto Chavez and Josephine Kent Chavez.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Baptist faith.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are her husband, Harvey Eugene Kimble of St. Rose,La.; her sons, Arthur E. Kimble of Covington, La., Chester E.Kimble and Darrell E. Kimble, both of St. Rose, La., and Kenneth D.Kimble of Norco, La.; her daughters, Melody Mullen of Mandeville,La., and Glenda Hall of Covington, La.; her sister, Barbara E.Collins of Bainbridge, Ga.; her sister-in-law, Pat. M. Kassnner ofSt. Charles, Ill.; and 12 grandchildren.
