At the plate, Coach Lisa Covington’s Lady Panthers were led byGinny Dunaway who singled twice and tripled. Juliana Wallace alsotripled. Cortney Fielder, Ashley Sykes, Megan Bateman and ChuvaquaSmith also singled.

In the JV game, Brookhaven (4-1) posted an 11-5 triumph asFielder pitched the victory. JaRhonda Moore’s single led Brookhavenin batting.

Brookhaven resumes play Thursday, hosting South Pike for twogames at the Sports Complex. The JV game starts at 5:30.
