Services for Lillie Mae Dixon of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Thursday, March 29, at Gum Grove Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Brookhaven FuneralHome.

Mrs. Dixon, 93, died March 27, 2001, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Lincoln County on June 18, 1907, to JessieA. Keene and Georgia Smith Keene.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Gum Grove BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Roy L.Dixon Sr.; and her granddaughter, Wanda L. White.

Survivors are her sons, Roy L. Dixon Jr. of Lawton, Okla., andCarroll R. Dixon Sr. of Brookhaven; her daughter, Georgia DixonWhite Thompson of D’Lo; her brother, Sidney A. Keene of Houston,Texas; and nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and fivegreat-great-grandchildren.
