Services for Leslie H. Smith of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Wednesday, April 18, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burialin Riverwood Memorial Park.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Smith, 75, died April 16, 2001, at his residence. He wasborn in Brookhaven on Oct. 21, 1925, to Hugh Smith and Carrie IdaAnding Smith.

He was retired from Armstrong Tire and Rubber and was a roofingcontractor. He was a member of the Baptist faith.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his brother, JewelSmith.

Survivors are his son and daughter-in-law, Jewel Wayne and JudySmith of Brookhaven; his daughters and sons-in-law, Beverly HughSmith, and Terry Lynne and Howard Jones, all of Brookhaven, andDonna Smith and Chris Duda of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; his sisters,Florine Cary of Natchez and Ann Smith of Brookhaven; and hisgrandchildren, Christy Rando and husband Tony, Jeffrey Smith, andJody and Mandy Jones, all of Brookhaven, Jessica Duda ofTuscaloosa, Jason Calhoun of Brandon, Chris Calhoun of Nashville;and his great-grandchildren, Anthony, Daniel, Heather, Lesley andZack, all of Brookhaven, and a host of nieces and nephews.
