Megan Bateman and Angela DeLaughter belted a home run apiece tolead the Brookhaven Lady Panthers to an 18-8 Division 6-4A win overthe McComb Lady Tigers Tuesday night in fast pitch softball action.DeLaughter also singled twice.

Adding support to the Lady Panther with with a triple and adouble was Ginny Dunaway. Samantha Boutwell doubled. Hitting a pairof singles was Juliana Wallace. Ashley Sykes and Cortney Fielderhit safely.

Mandy Vinson (8-5) was the winning pitcher.

In the junior varsity game, Brookhaven nipped McComb 7-6.Fielder (4-3) grabbed the win.

Renata Allen led Brookhaven with a home run. Doubling wasBrittany Smith. Kelly Vinson and Kristina Wallace hit safely.
