Services for Pauline McIntyre of Centreville, and formerly ofLucien, are 4 p.m., Tuesday, April 24, at Lucien Baptist Churchwith burial in the church cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home is incharge of arrangements.

Mrs. McIntyre, 78, died April 22, 2001, at Beverly Healthcare inCentreville. She was born in Franklin County on Feb. 12, 1923, toJohn Hezikiah Smith and Mattie Smith Smith.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Lucien BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, WalterMcIntyre; and three brothers.

Survivors are her sons, Donald McIntyre of Gloster and DougMcIntyre of Destrehan, La.; her brothers, Albert Smith of Stanford,Fla., Richard Smith of Cleveland, Tenn., and Joe Smith of Jackson;her sisters, Ann Corban and Dora Nell Fisher, both of Jackson, andPat Thornton of Florence; and four grandchildren and fivegreat-grandchildren.
