Services for Edna Montgomery of Brookhaven are 1:30 p.m.,Friday, May 4, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inGreen Lawn Cemetery in Adams County.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Montgomery, 91, died May 2, 2001, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. She was born in Jefferson Davis County on Aug. 17,1909, to Henry Armstrong and Laura Spikes Armstrong.

She was retired from TG&Y in Natchez. She was a member ofNorthview Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Hughie W.Montgomery; and a brother and a sister.

Survivors are her sons, W. E. Montgomery, Edwin Montgomery, andGordon Montgomery, all of Brookhaven; her sister, Hazel Hall ofPrentiss; and nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
