Services for Rubye Lea Musick of Brookhaven, and formerly ofPittsburgh, Pa., were Monday, May 7, at McCabe Brothers FuneralHome in Pennsylvania with burial in Bloomfield, Pa.

Mrs. Musick, 78, died May 3, 2001, at Country Brook NursingHome. She was born in Brookhaven on Oct. 31, 1922, to Charles B.Smith and Lena McClelland Smith.

She was a homemaker. She had worked as a secretary in accountingat a Chevrolet company in Pennsylvania.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, JosephMusick.

Survivors are her brothers, James A. Smith and Charles B. Smith,both of Brookhaven; her sisters, Helen Fowler of Waynesville, Ga.,Rita Watson and Francis Allred, both of Brookhaven, and LanellBachtell of Texas; and a number of nieces and nephews.
