Services for Billy Henry Justice of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.,Saturday, May 19, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel with burial inEasthaven Cemetery. Grandson B. B. Brister will be the honorguard.

Visitation is today from 4-10 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Justice, 68, died May 15, 2001, at his residence. He wasborn in Crystal Springs on Dec. 13, 1932, to Emmett Justice andMyra Garrett Justice.

He was a retired insurance agent and service station owner. Hewas a member of First Church of God. He was an Army veteran of theKorean Conflict.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his former wife, Mary Ellen Calcote Kimble ofBrookhaven; his son and daughter-in-law, Kerry Douglas Justice Sr.and Betty Justice of Brookhaven; his daughters and sons-in-law,Karen and Bobby Smith and Christy and Tommy Engels, all ofBrookhaven; his sisters, Betty Rials of Brookhaven and JuneBradford of Anton, Texas; and seven grandchildren and onegreat-grandchild.
