Services for Rayford A. Williams of Bogue Chitto are 2 p.m.,Tuesday, July 24, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery.

Visitation is today from 1:30 p.m. until service time at thechurch. Harrigill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Williams, 85, died July 22, 2001, at Beverly Health Care. Hewas born in Osyka on June 9, 1916, to John Thomas Williams andHattie Blades Williams.

He was a retired milk hauler and logger. He was a member ofPleasant Hill Baptist Church. He was an Army veteran of WWII.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his sons, Charlesand Joe Williams.

Survivors are his wife, Ruby Williams of Bogue Chitto; his sons,Ellis Williams and Roger Williams, both of Bogue Chitto; hisdaughters, Patsy Burns, Frances Smith, Mary Nell Clark, and BettyCase, all of Bogue Chitto; and 22 grandchildren and 15great-grandchildren.
